A man that sails the Seven Seas

When will you return to me
a man that sails the seven seas
I hear your echos in the wind
on whispering waves
calling back to me

As you travel the world each day
I must wait; the sea is my home
here is where I must stay
feel the salt swirling in the air
it's me, just breathe me in
know how much I care

I have the treasure you so seek
the pearls are in the shells
down in the deep
lying on top of the sand
come I'll show you
just take my hand

I know you need to venture more
I live in the sea and you on the shore
always remember you are the
first and the last in my heart
and the seas will not keep us apart
the lighthouse will always shine
to bring you back again and again
if for just a little while

Nice tail... err... tale, vignette,
or whatchamakallit. Shipwrecked sailors can contribute to a artificiall reef, while obeying the call of the wild.
